Redesign of the most popular page in the whole website.

After deep analysis in Omniture web analytics, meetings with stakeholders and researching the top tasks customers performed. The resulting design aimed to make it easy for customers to complete their most common tasks as well as provide the cross sell opportunities in a non invasive way. The aim was also to highlight the many products iiNet offered as well as encourage customers to attempt troubleshooting before calling.

A microsite to accompany a new positioning statement

Curtin University launched their new positioning statement with a series of television adverstisements. We created this microsite to show how Curtin staff, students and graduates are making tomorrow better.

The project hasn't been about designing a web site, but rather designing a system which presents various formats of content consistently across the university.
